Expanding ICT Master Planners Strategic Directions has announced the appointment of former ICT Management and Intelligence Analysis software marketing specialist Peter Bartlett to a newly created position of Business Development Executive to service a surge in State Government and major corporate business growth in Queensland.
Bartlett, a 30 year ICT industry veteran has held senior positions at IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation, Oakton and DMR Consulting – including ten years implementing critical hardware and software solutions in the Defence and Intelligence sector in Australia, South East Asia and the USA.
Key achievements during this time were the successful start up of the Asia Pacific operations of a specialist global Intelligence Analysis software group, creating a client base in Defence and Law Enforcement sectors in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. Another major Bartlett career milestone was winning a large share of Defence IT business for Digital Equipment Corp. in a market that was, at the time, primarily governed by the Federal Government’s DESINE single vendor contract which was owned by a rival major global IT corporation.
Mr. Bartlett has significant experience in the implementation of high end hardware and software solutions for major clients such as Federal, State and Local Government departments and has held key roles in ICT Management, ICT Consulting, ICT Service Delivery and ICT Sales and Sales Management.
