"Greater Springfield wins International Award for the best Master Planned Community"
Springfield Land Corporation was today awarded the prestigious title of FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Best Master Planned Community at the 61st world congress of the International Real Estate Federation held in Bali last week.
Fifty-four entrants from 11 countries competed for the top honours with Springfield Land Corporation beating property projects from Asia, Europe and the United States.
A centerpiece of the Springfield development was the $220 Million purpose built Polaris Data Center which has since received international attention and acclaim.
As ICT Master Planners for Springfield, Strategic Directions Group joins with other Stakeholders in the Community, in congratulating The Directors of Springfield Land Corporation on this outstanding achievement.
